I’ve always had a deep admiration for St. Francis of Assisi, and this is my third time painting him—though this one took on a life of its own. I didn’t set out to create a celestial version, but as I let the paint guide me, he seemed to transcend into the cosmos, becoming a presence among the stars. 

 

This 24” x 80” original piece is a reflection of faith, humility, and the unseen forces that shape us. It stands as a testament to the spirit of St. Francis, ever present, ever luminous.
